One other thing worth mentioning: Want to Read saving…. But overall not the best book. Calling the Iraqi army not “very professional or well-trained” seems like a dramatic overstatement, if they could neither aim their weapons nor even arm them properly. Whatever the uncertainty around body counts, the claims invite incredulity, and will raise doubts about any other claims made in the book, which is currently being heavily promoted by the NewsCorp media empire.

Reading this book made my soul ache. Being from WV I can relate with this type of personality. Interesting and well written book from the viewpoint of a soldier in war. Fluffed up confirmed kills and stories made me mad while reading them.
